"Scooter"
is one of our Series IIA LHD Ambulances. Based on a five-door station
wagon (minus the "station wagon" bits), this is a very low
mileage Rover, with 12,500 original (!) The 2.25 liter gas engine
was rebuilt in 1995, it has almost new Goodyear military spec. tires
on 16" rims, and is completely original. Runs perfectly, excellent,
super solid chassis and bulkhead. Again, we cannot emphasize enough
that these are the perfect basis for a 109" Station Wagon or
3-door conversion: basically, take the back body off of this Ambulance.
Then, find a LWB Rover with a rotten chassis and bulkhead, and swap
the body parts onto the rolling ambulance chassis. Voila! You now
have a 12K mile 109! Of course, you can simply leave the ambulance
as it is, which is a perfect camping vehicle, or a great delivery
wagon for wedding cakes, or a great place to put the kids when they
are acting up, or….. you get the point. Call us or email with
